Doppler assessment of the ductus venosus and the tricuspid valve at 11–13+6 weeks: Reference ranges and development of sonographic quality assurance standards

摘要: Objective To develop reference ranges for the ductus venosus (DV) and tricuspid valve (TV) waveforms at 11–14 weeks define auditable standards to assess operator measurement performance. Materials methods A single prospectively obtained quantitative measurements of a number DV TV Doppler indices medians 90% intervals (RIs). Measurement agreement studies between two experienced operators were also performed. The bias three additional was subsequently assessed using newly defined standards. Results Doppler in 292 patients 321 (TV). Reference constructed pulsatility index veins (PIV) which did not change over gestation (mean 1.06; RI 0.86–1.23) E–A ratio range positively correlated with gestation. on 30 showed within-operator almost perfect PIV (ICC, intraclass correlation 0.82–0.86) strong (ICC 0.68–0.78) while between-operator good both 0.46 both).
