摘要: Material-driven fibronectin fibrillogenesis is a novel route to engineer the network structure and biological activity of fibrillar matrices in analogy with their physiological cell-mediated assembly. We identify specific surface chemistries that promote cell-free formation physiological-like fibrils time- concentration-dependent process. Our most recent relevant results, reviewed chapter, demonstrate role this material-induced cell adhesion, extracellular matrix organization degradation, differentiation.
