摘要: Adoptive cellular immunotherapy is an important treatment to eliminate residual tumor cells after hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem (MSC) have previously been shown exert immunoregulation functions, including inhibition of proliferation and killing activities T natural killer (NK) in vitro reduction the graft-versus-host disease. MSC can survive vivo for a long period time, influence on antitumor activity subsequently infused immune not clear. The aim this study was investigate influences via different paths at times cytokine-induced (CIK)/NK derived from umbilical cord blood K562 NOD/SCID mice. potential interaction mechanisms CIK/NK through using intervals were explored. results show that inhibited by when injected same path (tail vein), suppressive effect less pronounced they separately paths. There no effects if with 48-h interval. Moreover, continuous, even 48 h earlier than cells. It suggests pre-injected reduce vivo. probable are might greater opportunity meet interact simultaneously path. suppression mainly takes place reticuloendothelial system, lung liver.
