摘要: In previous studies we have shown that normal human uveal cells, with the exception of vascular endothelium, do not express class I or II HLA antigens in vivo. Class are induced vitro by a variety cytokines, while only gamma interferon. this study examine capacity cultured rendered antigen positive interferon, to present T cells. Cultured cells were found (tetanus toxoid, PPD, and Candida albicans) but when they pretreated This function was specific MHC restricted blocked II-specific monoclonal antibodies, indicating crucial role presentation.
