摘要: We report a clear demonstration of the effect hyperfine quenching forbidden transition by direct comparison lifetimes 2 {sup 3}{ital P}{sub 0} level in heliumlike isotopes 61}Ni{sup 26+} and 58}Ni{sup 26+}. find quenched lifetime to be 470(50) ps. From this we deduce 0--}2 1} energy splitting 2.33(15) eV. also measurement 2} 26+}, which is found 70(3)
