摘要: Abstract DNA–DNA hybridization (DDH) techniques have been used as the gold standard for genomic similarity analyses of pair-wise sets strains classification purposes. The method has had an enormous relevance during last half a century prokaryotes. Several different approaches developed to evaluate degree relatedness two genomes and are mainly based on either measuring hybrid reassociation or thermal stability hybrids. DDH often criticized cumbersome inaccurate, inability produce cumulative databases. For these reasons, in light current developments genome sequencing, methods called be substituted by alternative genome-to-genome sequence comparisons. However, until sequencing costs reduced, is still choice genomically circumscribe species. Here three presented detail facilitate establishment microbial systematics laboratories.
