摘要: In order to improve the flame retardancy of cotton fabrics and reduce their fire risk, a novel triazine-based retardant, (3-((6-((4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino)hexyl)amino)-3-oxopropyl)(phenyl)phosphinic acid (CPHDT), was successfully synthesized with 3-hydroxyphenylphosphinyl-propanoic acid, 1,6-diaminohexane cyanuric chloride. The structures (3-((6-aminohexyl)amino)-3-oxopropyl)(phenyl)phosphinic (intermediate I), CPHDT, CPHDT-treated (at different heating temperatures) were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. studied limiting oxygen index (LOI) vertical flammability test. results showed that value treated 400 g L−1 CPHDT 28.1%, which 10.1% higher than pure fabrics. test demonstrated after-glow time after-flame immensely shortened compared those thermogravimetric (TG) analysis scanning electron microscopy (SEM) exhibited good thermal stability char-forming ability These indicate increased inhibiting formation levoglucosan in fibers during combustion.
