摘要: The extracellular matrix (ECM) component hyaluronan (HA) is considered to contribute the optimal development of gametes and embryo. In this study, regulation localization HA, its synthases (HAS 1–3) receptors CD44, RHAMM, putative HARE were investigated in bovine oviducts during estrous cycle. HA could be demonstrated entire lamina propria oviduct. Immunoreactive CD44 was found muscle layer additionally propria. As for luminal epithelium devoid CD44. Introducing quantitative real-time RT–PCR, a remarkable cyclic change occurred. addition, expression much higher isthmus than ampulla. RHAMM transcripts elevated particularly ampulla estrus. A major part coding sequence characterized. An analysis tissue distribution revealed not restricted liver, spleen, lymph node, providing evidence local HARE-mediated turnover HA. These results suggest that oviduct cell surface receptor particular might inversely regulate through may indicate participation supporting gamete maturation early embryonic development.
