摘要: One of the most famous and commonly used compounds from organophosphate (OP) family is chlorpyrifos (CP) which widespreadly as a powerful insecticide. Previous studies have shown that OPs induce oxidative stress, inflammation apoptosis by generating free radicals. The protective effects three members phosphodiesterase inhibitor (PDEI) family, including rolipram (RLP), milrinon (MLR) pentoxifylline (PTX) were evaluated in human lymphocytes against CP's toxicity. In this case, level stress biomarkers, viability cells rate flow cytometry investigated. results study revealed CP makes significant increase inflammatory markers such meyloperoxidase (MPO), lipid peroxidation (LPO), total thiol molecules (TTM) antioxidant potential (TAP), also an enhancement process. On other hand, PDEIs specifically combination them restored negative significantly prevented imbalance. It concluded these positive attenuation, recovery, protection CP-induced toxicity lymphocytes.
