摘要: Auroral distributions in the polar region viewed by Isis 2 scanning auroral photometer are studied to examine topology of oval. It is shown that a single continuous oval-shaped belt can be defined which both discrete and/or diffuse auroras lie. In addition above, second frequently observed day sector. less eccentric with respect magnetic pole than This appears separated from oval emission probably corresponds mantle aurora and represents optical component hard precipitation zone.
