摘要: Geminin was initially characterized as a bifunctional protein with roles in regulating the fidelity of DNA replication and controlling cell fate during embryonic nervous system formation. More recently, Geminin's have expanded, encompassing regulation proliferation differentiation retinogenesis, control Hox transcription factor function vertebrate axial patterning, timing neuronal differentiation. interacts homeodomain-containing factors complexes that regulate chromatin structure, including Polycomb catalytic subunits SWI/SNF remodeling complex, Brg1 Brahma. Activities for coordinating cellular events at transition from to recently emerged multiple developmental contexts. This review will summarize increasingly diverse regulatory molecule.
