摘要: Efficient electrodeless discharge spectral lamps have been developed that are suitable for transmission monitoring of optically polarized quantum systems. The a surface brightness close to the theoretical limit with substantially no self‐reversal. limiting intensity fluctuations observed appear be photon shot noise. Predicted life lamp is in excess 5000 hr.
