摘要: Abstract Most travel demand models simplify the representation of trips from/to external zones. Despite higher frequency internal daily travel, long-distance cannot be neglected due to its high contribution travelled distance. In this paper we integrate two different that represent those segments. MITO is an agent-based model for implemented in metropolitan area Munich. DEMO a macroscopic generates Germany. used external, from, or through study area. disaggregated and jointly assigned with using transport MATSim. The integration significantly improves validation against traffic counts facilitates simulation capabilities when scenarios affect major roads.
