摘要: The gene coding for the protein LD78 was isolated from stimulated human tonsillar lymphocytes by differential hybridization. product consisted of 92 amino acids with characteristics cytokines. transcripts were detected in eight fresh samples cells patients acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) Northern blot analysis. ANLL monocytic features gave strongest bands. RNA found two three adult T cell (ATL), nine lymphocytic (ALL) B lineage, and one ALL.
