摘要: We present covalently self-assembled peptide hollow nanocapsule and lamella. These biomimetic dityrosine nanostructures are synthesized by one-step photopolymerization of a tyrosine-rich short without the aid template. This simple approach offers direct synthesis fluorescent nanocages free-standing thin films. The crosslinked lamella films provide robust mechanical properties with an elastic modulus approximately 30 GPa hardness 740 MPa. also allow for design peptidosomes. taken here represents rare example covalent self-assembly peptides into nano-objects, which may be useful as microcompartments separation membranes.
