摘要: Breast cancer is the commonest among women andthe secondhighest cause of death. It remains a significant health problem andrepresents worry for many andtheir physician. During last years, intensive research has been focused on accurate risk estimation breast development. The aim these efforts to identify ‘‘high-risk’’ group Preventive strategies (including surveillance, chemoprevention, or prophylactic mastectomy) may be appliedfor at high d evelopment. Given management options, it seems reasonable that high-risk woman tailoredto level she willing accept. In estimating development, several factors should taken into account age, reproductive factors, such as age menarche andage menopause pregnancy first live birth, history benign lesions in situ [LCIS/DCIS], prior cancer, familiar hereditary and environmental lifestyle factors). Recently, quantitative possible by combining multiple comprehensible expression; this clinical importance, since will reduce considerable variation care providers. Gail Claus model are most widely used models estimation. However, clinician understand all have some limitations recalled they applied. emphasized assessment serious undertaking only performed those who in-depth knowledge about family pedigree analysis, comparative statistics, genetics susceptibility testing science probability. r 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd.
