摘要: The aim of this study was to increase our knowledge about the nutritional needs walleye (Sander vitreus (Mitchill, 1818)) broodstock. Two dietary treatments were tested: first consisted frozen Atlantic mackerel (Scomber scombrus L., 1758) pieces with a supplement experimental dry pellets and second commercial trout pellets. Hatching success highest in eggs from wild Eggs larvae fish characterized by levels linoleic (LOA; 18:2 n–6) linolenic (LNA; 18:3 n–3) fatty acids neutral lipids. They had lowest level docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) both polar results suggest importance amino leucine, lysine, methionine, serine for better egg survival.
