摘要: The aim of this study was to increase our knowledge about the nutritional needs walleye (Sander vitreus (Mitchill, 1818)) broodstock. Two dietary treatments were tested: first consisted frozen Atlantic mackerel (Scomber scombrus L., 1758) pieces with a supplement experimental dry pellets and second commercial trout pellets. Hatching success highest in eggs from wild Eggs larvae fish characterized by levels linoleic (LOA; 18:2 n–6) linolenic (LNA; 18:3 n–3) fatty acids neutral lipids. They had lowest level docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) both polar results suggest importance amino leucine, lysine, methionine, serine for better egg survival. Vitamin A1 content similar younger broodstock treatment groups, but 10 times lower older A2 ...
