摘要: This study was conducted to determine the effects of broodstock diet on flame angelfish (Centropyge loriculus) reproduction and generate baseline spawning performance (mean fecundity, egg fertilization, viability) biochemistry data for this species. Sixteen pairs were maintained one three formulated diets or a raw (consisting squid, shrimp, fish eggs algae) effect composition fertilization rates viability over 7-month period. Although all supported similar mean spawn frequency fecundity duration experiment, significantly greater among receiving diet. Egg fatty acid generally reflective maternal values reported other tropical In particular, dietary factors such as n-3 highly unsaturated ARA level (which elevated in from that treatment) are correlated with quality therefore worthy future investigation. Because ease conditioning, adaptability varied continuous, sustained reproductive output, an excellent model examining affecting marine larval quality.
