摘要: PURPOSE To examine prescription trends and patterns in five antihypertensive drug classes during 2007 - 2012 China. METHODS A retrospective time series data was investigated from to 2012. Prescription of drugs (calcium channel blockers (CCBs), angiotensin receptor (ARBs), angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs), β-blockers, diuretics) were accessed the Hospital Analysis Program Database, including 59 hospitals four cities The coded using Anatomic Chemical Therapeutic (ATC) classification. Quantities standardized defined daily dose (DDD) measurement methodology. RESULTS total number DDDs prescribed sample increased by 83.3% cost 92.4% During whole study period, CCBs, ARBs, ACEIs, diuretics represented 42.8%, 28.3%, 13.3%, 10.8%, 4.8%, respectively, anti-hypertensive drugs. average annual increase rate diuretics, DDDs, 23.4%, 13.2%, 1.4%, -4.2%, respectively CONCLUSIONS consumption China nearly doubled top-prescribed CCBs latter most rapidly.
