摘要: Prunetin, a component of herbal medicines and various foods, such as pea, peach, cherry, Prunus yedoensis, is useful pharmacological compound. We previously reported the potent vasorelaxant effect bark P. yedoensis. Therefore, we investigated activities prunetin on isolated rat aortic rings hypotensive activity spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) in this study. In present study, (1⁻30 μg/mL) relaxed pre-contracted by phenylephrine (PE) concentration-dependent manner. Pre-incubation with (3 10 inhibited vasoconstriction induced supply Ca2+ PE or KCl Ca2+-free Krebs⁻Henseleit (KH) buffer. Prunetin (10 pre-treatment also caffeine-induced contraction KH To investigate prunetin, systolic blood pressure (SBP) SHR was measured using tail cuff assay. The SBP significantly lower (25 mg/kg)-treated group. These results suggested that decreased vessels blocking receptor-operated calcium channels, voltage-dependent ryanodine receptor channels.
