摘要: Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of force plate gait analysis at walk and trot in dogs with low-grade hindlimb lameness. Material methods: Nineteen healthy 41 unilateral lameness due to stifle or hip joint problems were walked trotted over a plate. Peak vertical forces (PVF) recorded, symmetry index (SI) was calculated from PVF hindlimbs. ‘Cut-off’ values determined SI normal dogs. These cut-off used discriminate lame ones. Sensitivity specificity evaluated for measurements trot, Cohen’s Kappa coefficient (k) determine agreement between clinical measurements, results trot. Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) curve plotted both gaits accuracy. Results: The sensitivity 0.63, specifity 0.95. 0.90, 1.0. Moderate found assessment walk. Good ROC analyses revealed (94.7% [91.7%; 97.7%]) be more accurate test than (85.0% [80.1%; 89.9%]). Conclusion: trotting sensitive walking differentiation ones using analysis.
