Numerical taxonomy of microorganisms isolated from goat cheese made in Chile.

摘要: 118 strains of heterotrophic microorganisms were isolated from goat cheese produced domestically in the IV Region Northern Chile (Serene, Ovalle, and Illapel) sold supermarkets Valparaiso, Chile. The results 89 phenotypic tests numerically analyzed against 17 reference strains, using simple matching coefficient (SSM). Thirteen phena found at a 78% similarity level. Five them (A, B, C, D, E) assigned to family Enterobacteriaceae, phenon F was identified as belonging genus Aeromonas G Acinetobacter. other being members genera Bacillus (H, I, J), Staphylococcus (K), Enterococcus (L), Micrococcus (M). Approximately 19% isolates Escherichia coli 27%, aureus.
