摘要: A study of tumour blood flow in 36 patients with 38 malignant melanomas using Doppler Ultrasound flowmetry has shown that can be detected most more than 0.9 mm thick, and is absent less this thickness. Histological quantitation vessels lectin staining to delineate vascular endothelium automated image analysis a high degree correlation between vascularity at the base Since it likely development plexus prerequisite for dissemination, these may prove an independent prognostic factor thin melanomas. This work also provides new model dynamic, vivo investigation human tumours.
