摘要: Titin is a giant elastic protein that functions as molecular spring develops passive muscle stiffness. Here we discuss the basis of titin’s extensibility, how contribution to stiffness may be adjusted and adjustment influence contraction. We also focus on ligands link titin membrane channel activity, turnover gene expression.
