摘要: Abstract This work presents an ultrasound-assisted single-drop microextraction procedure for the determination of cadmium in vegetable oils using high-resolution continuum source electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Some initial tests showed that best extraction efficiency was obtained when ultrasound instead mechanical agitation, indicating acoustic cavitation improved process. Nitric, hydrochloric and acetic acids were evaluated use process, HNO 3 gave results. A two-level full-factorial design applied to investigate conditions Cd from oil samples. The influences sonication amplitude, time temperature evaluated. results revealed all variables had a significant effect on experimental Afterward, Box–Behnken determine optimum According multivariate study, as follows: amplitude 60%, 15 min, 46 °C 0.1 mol L − 1 extractor solution. Under optimized conditions, developed method allows samples with limit quantification 7.0 ng kg . Addition recovery experiments performed evaluate accuracy method, recoveries varied 90% 115%. also analyzed after acid digestion procedure, paired t -test (95% confidence level) did not show differences proposed method.
