摘要: Abstract A methodology for the non-chromatographic screening of main arsenic species present in edible oils is discussed. Reverse dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction was used to extract water soluble compounds (inorganic arsenic, methylarsonate, dimethylarsinate and arsenobetaine) from into a slightly acidic aqueous medium. The total content measured extracts by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry using palladium as chemical modifier. By repeating measurement cerium instead palladium, sum inorganic methylarsonate obtained. detection limit 0.03 ng As per gram oil. Data water-soluble levels 29 samples different origin are presented. Inorganic not found any marketed oils.
