摘要: High-resolution MS (HRMS) in conjunction with LC (LC-HRMS) has become available to many laboratories the pharmaceutical industry. Due its enhanced, though sometime perceived, specificity using high-resolution power and capability of simultaneous quantitation structural elucidation post-acquisition data mining feature, utilization LC-HRMS for bioanalysis could lead potential rapid reliable method development as well sample analysis, thus generating both cost resource savings.
