摘要: High-resolution MS (HRMS) in conjunction with LC (LC-HRMS) has become available to many laboratories the pharmaceutical industry. Due its enhanced, though sometime perceived, specificity using high-resolution power and capability of simultaneous quantitation structural elucidation post-acquisition data mining feature, utilization LC-HRMS for bioanalysis could lead potential rapid reliable method development as well sample analysis, thus generating both cost resource savings. Here, we would like share our perspectives about several current future applications bioanalysis. We will also discuss factors influencing quality establishment pitfalls that need be considered field regulated believe when utilized appropriately, play a significant role landscape quantitative
