METHODS: A total 307 patients with syndrome who visited outpatient hand surgery clinics completed online questionnaires regarding demographic psychosocial characteristics severity were included. patient measured Patient Health Questionnaire-4, Pain Catastrophizing Scale, Credibility Expectancy Questionnaire, Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire. Hierarchical linear regression models used examine between self-reported 6 months after Boston Carpal Tunnel mindset, adjusting for preoperative Questionnaire score, characteristics, comorbidities. RESULTS: Independent associations better found higher (β = -0.202; p < 0.001) comprehensibility -0.223; 0.001). additional explained variance scores by 13.2 percent (psychological together, 2.1 percent; perceptions 11.1 percent). CONCLUSION: Treatment both independently associated showing importance CLINICAL QUESTION/LEVEL OF EVIDENCE: Risk, III.
