摘要: A quantitative method for the determination of urea in serum was studied. An ion chromatograph (IC) with a conductivity detector used this method, where modified by placing an immobilized urease column between injection loop and guard cation analysis column. Immobilized prepared adsorption on cedar sawdust triethylenetetramine. The capacity 190 mg g(-1), its activity 3500 U g(-1). conversion efficiency to ammonium 100%, half life 60 days. It possible use pH range 3.0 9.0, at temperatures up degrees C. attempted IC attaching limit detection 0.2 L(-1), calibration curves were very linear over 0.8-25 L(-1). concentration human could be determined standard deviation 0.06-0.13 within 5 min after injecting sample.
