摘要: A simple and sensitive headspace (HS) solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) method is presented for analysis of urea in dialysis human serum samples. dodecylbenzenesulfonate-doped polypyrrole coating was used as a fiber SPME. The HS-SPME–IMS exhibits good repeatability (relative standard deviation 3 % or less), simplicity, sensitivity. influence various analytical parameters such pH, ionic strength, extraction time temperature investigated the were optimized. calibration graph linear range from 5 to 50 μg mL−1, detection limit 2 μg mL−1. applied successfully determination acceptable recovery (more than 98 %). Finally, addition HS-SPME-IMS samples before at end dialysis. proposed appears be suitable it not time-consuming requires only small quantities sample without any derivatization process.
