摘要: patient’s CD4 cell count was 58 cells/mm 3 and his viral load 13,000 copies/mL, antiretroviral treatment had been changed to zidovudine, didanosine, nevirapine. An oral examination showed a papillomatous lesion in the alveolar mucosa interdental papilla, between lower right canine first premolar. The histologically diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum. left second premolars increased mobility, which also observed adjacent bone. Although surrounding gingival mucosae were erythematous, painful, swollen, no periodontal pocket during probing or on panoramic radiographs. hypothesis of bone fracture rejected, because patient denied any trauma affected region (Figs 1A,B). Periapical radiographs radiolucent line that enveloped both premolar, from ridge apical 1C,D). Laboratory tests performed. levels lipoproteins, cholesterol, triglycerides, glycemia, bilirubin, antiphospholipid antibodies normal, platelet count. presented with mild anemia, blood-coagulation complete blood within reference range. Liver renal function venereal disease research laboratory negative.
