THE IMPEDIMENTS IN CONSTRUCTION OF SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS IN PAKISTAN

摘要: The Concept of “Sustainable building” is the design and construction buildings using methods materials that are resource efficient, wellbeing building’s occupants, workers, health environment friendly. Construction Sustainable building plays an important Role in GDP a Country provides wide range benefits for society but their development suffers from different kinds market barriers developing countries including Pakistan. In order to find out Impediments Pakistan, A Survey based (Through Questionnaire) study was conducted General Area Rawalpindi. Questionnaire designed assess present problems faced by industry Response remained 63.7% ranking identified were compared with other Asian countries. results indicate lack credit resources cover up front cost risk investment one most factors contributing against sustainable construction.
