摘要: A study of the Shubnikov-de Haas effect allowed us to determine Fermi surface tellurium. At low impurity concentration, surfaces are ellipsoidal. When concentration increases, ellipsoids coalesce and form a dumb-bell surface. For p ≈ 1.5 × 1017 cm−3, just joining together. From experimental results obtained in this range, we have been able calculate some parameters valence band, which good agreement with theoretical model.
