摘要: The Landau levels are calculated for two upper valence bands of tellurium. peak positions and intensities the cyclotron resonance inter-valence band magneto-absorption calculated. Effects k -linear terms on them elucidated. For magnetic field perpendicular to c -axis, uppermost doubly degenerate at low fields split as increases, while those lower equally spaced but bend downwards high fields. peaks in all identified harmonic transitions. agreement with experiments is satisfactory, parameters determined. It shown that make anisotropy effective masses opposite bands.
