摘要: Arsenic is a well known global groundwater contaminant. Exposure of human body to arsenic causes various hazardous effects via oxidative stress. Nutrition an important susceptible factor which can affect toxicity by several plausible mechanisms. Development modern civilization led alteration in the lifestyle as food habits people both urban and rural areas increased use junk containing high level fat. The present study was aimed at investigating effect fat diet on heart liver tissues rats when they were co-treated with arsenic. This established elucidating weight ratio analysis functional markers, stress biomarkers also activity antioxidant enzymes. Histological confirmed biochemical investigations. From this it be concluded that induced
