摘要: A novel chemiluminescence (CL) system is introduced based on the oxidation of carminic acid by KMnO4 in acidic conditions. CdS quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized using a facile hydrothermal method which efficiently enhanced intensity CL system. possible mechanism for proposed presented kinetic curves, spectra, photoluminescence (PL), and ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) analysis. The emission KMnO4-carminic acid-CdS QDs was quenched presence trace level cloxacillin. Based this quenching effect, sensitive flow injection developed determining cloxacillin concentrations. At optimal experimental conditions, decreased had good linear relation with concentration range 0.008 to 22.0 mg L(-1). detection limit (3σ) 5.8 µg precision calculated analyzing samples containing 4.0 L(-1) (n=11), relative standard deviations (RSD%) 2.08%. feasibility also demonstrated concentrations environmental water pharmaceutical formulation.
