摘要: Abstract In this paper, a rapid and sensitive flow-injection chemiluminescence (flow-CL) system was developed for the determination of cloxacillin sodium in environmental water samples pharmaceutical preparations. The method based on enhancement effect CL reaction luminal–H2O2–CuO nanosheets (NSs) alkaline medium. CuO were synthesized using green sonochemical method. physical properties characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses. influences various experimental factors such as H2O2, NaOH, luminol concentrations investigated. Under optimum conditions, enhanced intensity linearly related to concentration range 0.05–30.00 mg L−1 with correlation coefficient 0.995. corresponding detection limit (3σ) calculated be 0.026 mg L−1. relative standard deviation (RSD) 2.21% 11 repeated measurements 4.00 mg L−1 sodium. Also, total analysis time per sample 30 s which confirmed rapidity proposed analytical applicability assessed determining spiked preparation. Furthermore, possible mechanism discussed.
