摘要: Abstract A sensitive and selective method has been developed for the determination of serum concentrations erythromycin by high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. Erythromycin was extracted from alkalinized samples methyl t-butyl ether. After evaporation ether, were reconstituted in acetonitrile/ammonium acetate washed hexane. Aliquots injected onto a Sepralyte diphenyl column. The mobile phase consists acetonitrile/sodium perchlorate/ammonium acetate/methanol under isocratic conditions. Eluted peaks detected dual coulometric electrodes operated oxidative screen mode. recovery 84%. Assay limit quantification 0.05 μg/ml serum, dynamic linear range 0.05–1.5 μg/ml.
