摘要: Abstract The method described is capable of detecting less than 0.01 μg/ml erythromycin and/or ethylsuccinate in serum. Recoveries and ethylsuccinate, when added to the level 0.6 μg/ml, were 102 97% with relative standard deviations 6.0 4.5%, respectively. Erythromycin serum at 37% was shown degrade rapidly a first-order rate. When stored −20°, however, only 10% hydrolyzed even after storage for 36 days. used analyze sera from ten subjects administered an oral dose ethylsuccinate. In addition small amount anhydroerythromycin ehtylsuccinate 8,9-anhydro-6,9-hemiketal ehtylsuccinate, least two other metabolites detected one tentatively identified as erythralosamine.
