摘要: Abstract In this paper, the interaction between La 3+ and microperoxidase-11 (MP-11) in imitated physiological solution was investigated with electrochemical method, circular dichroism (CD) ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) absorption spectroscopy. It found that ways MP-11 are different increasing molar ratio of MP-11. When is less than 2, mainly interacts metacetonic acid group heme molecules, causing increase non-planarity porphyrin cycle decrease content random coil conformation These structural changes would exposure extent active center thus, can promote reaction its electrocatalytic activity for reduction H 2 O at glassy carbon (GC) electrode.
