摘要: Apoglucose oxidase was reconstituted onto a pyrroloquinoline quinone and flavin adenine dinucleotide phosphate, PQQ–FAD, monolayer associated with rough Au electrode to yield bioelectrocatalytically active glucose oxidase, GOx. Electrically contacted PQQ–FAD/GOx applied the biocatalytic oxidation of glucose. A microperoxidase-11, MP-11, assembled used for reduction H2O2. Both electrodes, Au/PQQ–FAD/GOx Au/MP-11, were into biofuel cell using H2O2 as fuel substrate oxidizer, respectively. The generates an open-circuit voltage, Voc, ca. 310 mV short-circuit current density, isc, 114 µA cm–2. maximum electrical power, Pmax, extracted from is 32 µW at external optimal load 3 kΩ. fill factor cell, f = PmaxIsc–1Voc–1, 25%.
