摘要: LncRNA-ATB (lncRNA was activated by transforming growth factor-β) has been reported to be involved in specific physiological and pathological processes human diseases, could serve as biomarkers for cancers. However, the role of lncRNA-ATB coal workers’ pneumoconiosis (CWP) is still unknown. This study aimed investigate association between CWP. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction performed detect plasma expression 137 CWP patients, 72 healthy miners 168 controls. significantly upregulated (p < 0.05). Compared with controls miners, odds ratios (ORs) (95% confidence interval (CI)) were 2.57 (1.52–4.33) 2.17 (1.04–4.53), respectively. positively associated factor-β1 (TGF-β1) (r = 0.30, p 0.003) negative correlated vital capacity (VC) −0.18, 0.033) forced (FVC) 0.046) patients. controls, area under curve (AUC) 0.84, resulting a 71.17% sensitivity 88.14% specificity. When compared AUC 0.83, specificity 70.07% 86.36%, commonly increased correlates TGF-β1 Furthermore, elevated risk may potential biomarker
