摘要: A recent study reported that long non-coding RNA activated by TGF-β (lncRNA-ATB) induced epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) through the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)/miR-200s/ZEB axis in hepatocellular carcinoma. Herein, we focused on clinical significance of lncRNA-ATB gastric cancer (GC) patients. Quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was performed to examine expression lncRNA-ATB, miR-200b, and miR-200c GC tissues (n = 183). Patients were divided into high low groups using a cutoff lncRNA-ATB/GAPDH ≥0.60 or <0.60 determine clinicopathological GC. Moreover, evaluated TGF-β, miR-200s, ZEB1 cell lines qRT-PCR. treated recombinant TGF-β1 receptor inhibitor morphologic changes genetic alterations, such as levels, with respect EMT phenotype. Treatment resulted morphological changes, upregulation ZEB1, downregulation CDH1. SB431542 reduced expression.
