摘要: Recent studies of the human transcriptome, most prominently by ENCyclopedia Of DNA Elements project, have revealed an unexpected number noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs). Long (lncRNAs) are typically referred to a heterogeneous group polyadenylated long ncRNAs, with length of > 200 nt. LncRNAs constitute integral part tumor biology, many lncRNAs discovered be aberrantly expressed in various cancer types. They involved aspects pathogenesis from its initiation progression, metastasis and treatment response. Gastric (GC) is third leading cause death worldwide. Despite current improvements life expectancy survival rate, patients diagnosed when their has been progressed advanced stages. Therefore, unraveling molecular mechanisms GC find early-stage biomarkers urgent. As list deregulated expression steadily expanding, these molecules offer source for developing GC-specific biomarkers. In this review, we will present discuss those whose shown GC.
