摘要: Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), which is greater than 200 nucleotides, a class of molecules without protein coding function. In recent years, studies have shown that lncRNAs are associated with cancers. They affecting the occurrence and development However, diagnostic significances in gastric cancer largely unknown. this study, we focused on AI364715, one typical lncRNA. A total 186 samples were collected from two centers. To find potential association between its level cancer, first 75 paired tissues normal tissues, 5 cm away edge carcinoma. Besides, 18 human healthy mucosa precancerous lesions (dysplasia) also collected. Quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect expression AI364715 at multiple stages tumorigenesis. Then, relationships clinicopathological factors patients analyzed. The results showed downregulated. Meanwhile, closely tumor size differentiation. More importantly, significantly changed dysplasia, lesions. Taken together, may be biomarker for diagnosis cancer.
