摘要: A 23GHz Front-end circuit with an on-chip integrated coupler, which is realizable in standard CMOS 0.18um process proposed this paper. The coupler provides alternative to bond wire connection between the antenna and front-end. LNA a gain of 17dB noise figure 5.8 dB. mixer optimized for maximum linearity has input referred 1dB compression point +10dBm 3rd order intercept 16dBm conversion 3dBm.
