摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate HLA alleles and haplotypes among Croatian patients in an unrelated HSCT program, analyze matching patient/donor pairs. Analysis performed on a group 105 their donors, 4000 donors from our registry (CBMDR) served as controls. PCR-SSO PCR-SSP high-resolution methods for HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1 loci were used typing Donors CBMDR tested -DRB1 by PCR-SSO. No difference frequency at observed. A fully matched donor (10/10) found 68 (64.8%) patients, highest number mismatches HLA-DRB1 HLA-C alleles. presence HLA-B (B*15:01, B*18:01, B*51:01) associated with two or more well unusual HLA-B/HLA-C (B*35:01-C*07:01 B*35:01-C*14:02) combinations resulted locus. Additionally, DRB1 locus most cases DRB1*11 results suggest that DRB1*11:04 allele might be considered limiting factor finding 10/10 donor. These data may help improvement searching protocol patients.
