摘要: INTRODUCTION: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is a malignant tumour of keratinocytes arising in the epidermis, with histological evidence dermal invasion. Incidence varies by country and skin colour, as high 400/100,000 Australia. People fair colour who sunburn easily without tanning, people xeroderma pigmentosum, are immunosuppressed most susceptible to carcinoma. METHODS AND OUTCOMES: We conducted systematic review aimed answer following clinical questions: Does use sunscreen help prevent cutaneous solar keratosis? What optimal margin for primary excision (non-metastatic)? micrographically controlled surgery result lower rates local recurrence than standard radiotherapy after affect searched: Medline, Embase, The Cochrane Library, other important databases up October 2009 (Clinical Evidence reviews updated periodically, please check our website up-to-date version this review). included harms alerts from relevant organisations such US Food Drug Administration (FDA) UK Medicines Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). RESULTS: found 11 reviews, RCTs, or observational studies that met inclusion criteria. performed GRADE evaluation quality interventions. CONCLUSIONS: In we present information relating effectiveness safety interventions: surgery, excision, sunscreens.
