摘要: The impregnation solution for NTA catalysts was newly prepared without use of NH4OH. CoMo/Al2O3 with this exhibited effect 1.54 which reliably higher than the value 1.37 catalyst Similar behaviour observed CoMo/active carbon catalysts; 1.23 and 1.36 NH4OH, respectively. It concluded that large amount volatile, corrosive toxic NH4OH is not necessarily needed. positive also found promoter free Mo/Al2O3 Mo/C NH4OH; values were 1.24 1.19, To all appearances, overall action a combination several effects described in literature (blocking metal-support metal-metal interactions, influencing supported phase morphology, delayed sulfidation promoter, etc.). vanished calcined CoMo/Al2O3, independently whether used or not. In addition to explanations already literature, another aspect pointed out. solid dried occupies ∼54% support pore volume, vs. ∼5% NTA. During catalysts, interaction majority Co(Ni) Mo species blocked only “chemically” by their own ligands, but “physically” surrounding solid. deposited sulfided as if it unsupported form.
