摘要: The structure of the cobalt present in carbon-supported Co and Co-Mo sulfide catalysts was studied by means X-ray absorption spectroscopy at K-edge photoelectron (XPS). Thiophene hydrodesulfurization activities were used to measure catalytic properties these catalysts. By comparison EXAFS XANES spectra with those c09sS Cos2 model compounds, it concluded that all atoms a catalyst prepared nitrilotriacetic acid as complexing agent "Co-Mo-S" state, while conventionally partly CO$8-like structure. To-Mc-S" state have distorted 5- 6-fold sulfur coordination, on average, every atom is contact two Mo distance 2.80 A. On basis data, most likely position for front square faces MoS6 trigonal prisms along edges MoS, crystallites additional or H2S molecules attached. sulfided Co/C Co-S Co-Co coordinations c09sg, although coordination number higher.
